The city of Gorakhpur is one of the fastest developing cities in UP which has seen a considerable boom in the last few years. It is the hometown of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath; therefore, it has received special status and has seen a lot of development since the Yogi government came to force in 2017.

Geographically, the city is located in the northeastern part of the state and is on the banks of river Rapti. It is very close to the Nepal border; therefore, many Nepalis come to Gorakhpur for a change of lifestyle and better living opportunities.

It is a city well known for the Gorakhpur temple; therefore, there are many tourist attractions all year round. The city also has two universities, and a provision of 14 crores is also set for building medical colleges of Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Agra, and Allahabad.

Property registration process.

1. Calculate the value of your property according to the market.
2. Buy stamp duty paper.
3. Get the paper for the sale and purchase of land/plot.
4. Now go to the sub-registrar for plot/land registry.
5. After few days collect the registry documents.

How to check for the Plot Registry

Click on the link http://upbhulekh.gov.in/public/public_ror/Public_ROR.jsp.  of U.P bhulekh website.
After the website is opened select the district, tehsil and village, after that enter the Khasra / Gata number.
It will display the results filter the results by account number, by the name of the account holder, you can check the registration details.
